How much Nicotine is in each cigarette?

I’ve read that our body metabolizes nicotine into cotinine but have yet to find a place that says exactly how much nicotine it takes to produce X amount of cotinine. Thanks.

    0,2 g in a pack.(usually in light ones , it is different )
    5 eaten cigarettes are poisonous and even deadly in kids, sometimes in adults.
    when smoking more than 90% just burns away.So you can imagine how much little bit you need to feel the ” high “
