How long does nicotine stay in the bloodstream?

I have a blood test tomorrow at 4:00 PM and smoked a cigarette yesterday at about 7:30 PM. Will there be nicotine in my system? I only had one, and I smoke sparingly since I “quit” about 3 weeks ago.

    For example lets say you will be in your body you had 100 mg of nicotine in your blood two hours after another hours after the bloodstream tomorrow.
