Over the days go by reducing the number of cigarettes smoked;<br />
Think about situations where you feel more desire to smoke, for example, to drink<br />
beers with friends in a pub, for a while then avoid situations such as<br />
these;<br />
Throw out all products related to smoking such as ashtrays and lighters;<br />
The day marked, stop smoking permanently;<br />
Avoid situations of stress and nervousness;<br />
Avoid places with people smoking;<br />
Very liquid and swallow soft foods;<br />
If necessary, seek a doctor, psychologist or even a shoulder friend;<br />
You have to abstinence crisis, but is strong, resists bravely.<br />
Of abstinence syndrome starts on the first hours after the break and grows within 12 hours<br />
following up to peak in the second or third day. The most<br />
